Rates are based on double occupancy, and include our breakfast basket delivered to your door.

RESERVATIONS & POLICIES

CHECK-IN is between the hours of 4:00 and 7:00 PM MST (one hour later than Las Vegas).

CHECK-IN at alternate times by arrangement.

CHECK-OUT is 11:00 AM.

Advanced reservations are recommended. A deposit, by prepaid check or credit card, of one night's payment per room will guarantee your reservation.

If you must cancel or change your reservation, seven days notice must be given to receive a full refund of your deposit. More notice is required for holidays, multiple cottage reservations and extended stays.

Sorry, NO SMOKING in rooms, individual patios, or common courtyard/lawn areas. Smoking may be permitted on our hilltop patio with the approval of other guests wishing to use that patio.

NO PETS please. If you would like to board your dog or cat, contact the Doggy Dude Ranch.
